Ronn’s greatest asset is his ability to build relationships and forge connections. A native of New Hampshire, Ronn grew up in Exeter, summered in Alton Bay, was a camper at Kabeyun, and graduated from Brewster Academy. Prior to coming home to Wolfeboro, Ronn worked in non-profit development/fundraising and was a partner in a couple of tech startups in Boston. Highly skilled in business development, social media, and e-marketing, Ronn’s expertise with technology is a tremendous asset when creating a unique plan to market a property. Ronn serves on the Board of Trustees at Brewster Academy, and volunteers with the NH Boat Museum and End 68 Hours of Hunger.
Sara has real estate in her DNA. She grew up in Wellesley, MA in a real estate family and witnessed early on the importance of understanding a client’s needs and effectively managing a purchase or sale to close. Known for her personable style, work ethic, and solid judgment, Sara has been a trusted realtor to clients in Beacon Hill, and surrounding Boston neighborhoods. Prior to entering real estate, Sara was a senior executive with large financial services firms. Her financial background and business acumen ensure clients achieve their real estate objectives whether they are buyers, sellers, or investors. Sara also has a creative side with an interest and appreciation of architecture and the aesthetics of a home. Love, Love, Love the Lake Winni Team! We called them after working with a few other realtors in the area who were not giving us the time or service expected out of a buyer's agent! They took our list of wants and ran with it. We reached out with a few options and they lined everything up and spent a time going from house to house. They researched each home prior to help us understand the VA loan process and what we could expect from each house/seller. They helped us all the way through closing, which was almost 90 days because of some issues with the home and sellers.
